Ionizing bars also known as anti static bars and ion bars are essential tools in the industry, as they generate an electrical field that breaks down air molecules into positive and negative ions. Distances to the Material to be Neutralized (short/medium/long range): Our ionizing bars come in what we call “short range”, “middle range”, and “long range” to meet your specific needs regarding the distance to the material that needs to be neutralized.
Ion Bars for ATEX, UL, or Smart Industry 4.0: We offer specialized solutions that cover a wide range of requirements, including ATEX zones, certification requirements, and smart Industry 4.0 systems.
As opposite charges attract each other, any charged material passing by the ionizing bars will attract ions, neutralizing the material’s charge. This prevents attraction between materials and machine parts. Moreover, it prevents the attraction of dust and dirt, reduces the risk of explosions, fire hazards, and protects personnel from electric shocks caused by static discharge.
Our ion bars can be connected via an external transformer/power supply. Alternatively, we offer ion bars with an external 24V DC cable that can be directly connected to the machine’s 24V. This technological solution integrates the high-voltage power supply into the ionizing bars, eliminating the need to place high-voltage cables in the machine.
All our 24V DC ion bars are shockproof, meaning there is no risk of shock upon touch. This sets them apart from most AC ionizing bars.
In our 24V DC range (Smart Industry 4.0), we offer advanced solutions like inline measurements, feedback compensation, Ethernet communication, and clean-bar indication.
