Simco Ion Static Bar for Explosive Environments (ATEX Zones)
Effective static neutralization for explosive environments. An ion bar, also known as an ionising bar, ionizer bar, or anti-static bar. Performax IQ Easy Ex features an integrated high-voltage power supply and requires only a low-voltage input of 24V DC. A two-color LED visualizes whether the ionising bar is “ON” (green) or “ERROR” (red).
The Performax IQ Easy Ex ionising bar features slightly angled ends and a protection rating of IP66, facilitating easier cleaning. Its aluminum profile ensures a very robust structure, even for lengths up to 3 meters. Universal mounting brackets are included for various mounting options.
The Performax IQ Easy Ex ion bar is available in two versions:
1) Standard, for all applications with a working distance between 100 and 300 mm
2) Speed, for high-speed applications and for a working distance between 50 and 300 mm
