Intelligent ATEX ionizing bar for the IQ Easy Platform
Performax IQ Easy EX combines effective static elimination in certain explosion-hazardous environments with central monitoring through the Simco-ION IQ Easy Platform.
Its integrated high-voltage supply only requires 24 V DC, eliminating the need for a high-voltage cable in the EX area. The rugged aluminium housing, IP66 protection and universal mounting brackets make the bar suitable for demanding industrial installations.
When should you choose the IQ version?
Performax IQ Easy EX is recommended when the bar must be integrated into an IQ Easy system with Manager IQ Easy. Operating status and signals can then be monitored centrally alongside other compatible Simco-ION devices.
If only a standalone ATEX ionizing bar with remote start and a basic high-voltage signal is required, Performax Easy EX is normally the simpler solution.
The bar is available as Standard for working distances of 100–300 mm and Speed for high-speed applications at 50–300 mm.
The relevant ATEX classification must always be verified before installation.
