P-SH-N ionizing bar for varying distances up to 600 mm

P-SH-N from Simco-ION is a powerful 7 kV AC ionizing bar for eliminating static electricity where the distance to the material varies. Under suitable conditions, it can operate at distances up to 600 mm.

Its rigid construction minimizes bending, even in longer bars. This makes P-SH-N suitable for wide material webs and installations where the distance between the bar and the material is not constant.

When should you choose P-SH-N?

P-SH-N is relevant when replacing or expanding an existing 7 kV system and the 150 mm range of EP-SH-N is insufficient.

The bar requires an external A2A7S or MPM power unit. ThunderION IQ 2.0 should also be assessed for new installations requiring 24 V DC, an integrated high-voltage supply, intelligent monitoring or working distances up to 1,000 mm.

The capacitively coupled emitters are shockless and touch-safe. The bar can continue operating if individual emitters become short-circuited because of heavy contamination.
