High Performance Ionizer Bar with Optimal Control
An ionizing bar is also called an ionizer bar, ion bar, or anti-static bar. The Performax IQ Easy bar delivers high performance combined with optimal control. This is the new standard for ionizer bars. In combination with the Manager IQ Easy, the Performax IQ Easy ionizing bar will ensure a very high efficiency of static neutralization. Within the IQ Easy Platform, up to thirty ionization and charging devices can be connected in a network.
Through the Manager IQ Easy, it can be set up as a proactive static neutralizer using the patented system. Adding a Sensor IQ Easy to the system increases efficiency by measuring downstream static charges and regulating the ionization efficiency in real-time to ensure a very low static charge. The fiberglass-reinforced profile offers a very robust structure even up to 5 meters in length.
The Performax IQ Easy ionizer bar has an integrated high-voltage power supply and only requires a low-voltage input of 24V DC. It is equipped with a standard M12 connector for the 24V DC input. Two high-brightness 3-color LEDs visualize whether the anti-static bar is “ON” (green), “WARNING” (orange), or “ALARM” (red). The Performax IQ Easy ionizing bar has lightly slanted ends and a protection classification of IP66, making it easy to clean. A universal mounting bracket is included for various mounting options.
The Performax IQ Easy ionizer bar is available in two variants:
1) Standard, for all applications with a working distance between 100 and 500 mm
2) The “Speed version” for high-speed applications. Working distance 50 to 500 mm
