Intelligent Monitoring with the IQ Easy Platform
Performax IQ Easy can operate as a standalone ionizing bar but can also be integrated with Simco-Ion’s IQ Easy Platform.
When combined with Manager IQ Easy and Sensor IQ Easy, the system can automatically monitor and regulate static charge neutralization in real time. This provides improved process stability, performance documentation, data logging and Industry 4.0 integration.
Up to 30 ionizing and charging devices can be connected within a single IQ Easy network.
Built for Industrial Reliability
Performax IQ Easy features a glass-fibre reinforced profile that provides excellent mechanical strength and minimal deflection, even at lengths up to 5 metres. The integrated high-voltage power supply means the bar only requires a 24V DC input, making installation straightforward.
