High-Quality Core Cutters for Paper and Plastic Tubes

Core cutters also known as core cutting machines, offer a dependable and efficient method for precision cutting of cardboard and plastic tubes. A variety of models are available to suit different needs, including manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic versions, each customizable with or without a magazine option based on specific requirements.

These cutters feature standard core lengths of 1,600 mm, 2,000 mm, and 3,000 mm, and provide multiple diameter options such as 1″, 2″, 3″, and 6″ mm. Cardboard or plastic tubes are precisely positioned for cutting by two rubber belts and securely held in place by the drive/start function.

The circular blade ensures a clean, straight, and seamless cut, while the upper blade holder adjusts into position. The cutting process is seamless, and switching core diameters is straightforward. The existing module can be easily and quickly changed, for instance, a 3″ module in less than two minutes, allowing for the installation of a new diameter with ease.
