Cast film lines are used to produce thin, flexible plastic films with high clarity and precise thickness control. Molten plastic is extruded and rapidly cooled on a polished roller, ensuring consistent quality. These systems are ideal for packaging and technical films and can be adapted to various materials and layer structures.
Coating lines are used to apply plastic coatings to materials such as paper, foil, and textiles – often combined with lamination. The technology enables strong adhesion and a uniform surface, making it ideal for barrier packaging, labels, and technical laminates. The lines are adapted to both the coating method and the raw materials.
Sheet lines produce high-quality rigid plastic sheets, typically used for thermoforming or technical products.
