Robust MaxION ionizing bar for distances up to 400 mm
MaxION from Simco-ION is a compact 5 kV AC ionizing bar for static elimination at working distances up to 400 mm. Its glass-fibre-reinforced profile provides high mechanical stability and reduces the risk of long bars bending or deforming.
The capacitively coupled emitters are shockless and touch-safe. A ground reference is embedded in the profile, while the rear slide slot allows the mounting bolts to be positioned to suit the installation.
When should you choose MaxION?
MaxION is relevant when replacing or expanding an existing 5 kV AC system or when a robust AC bar with a relatively long working distance is required.
The bar requires an external A2A5S or MPM power unit. For new machines where simple 24 V DC installation, an integrated power supply and intelligent monitoring are priorities, we normally also assess Performax IQ Easy or EasION IQ.
MaxION is designed for straightforward maintenance. After brushing the emitter pins, loosened contamination can be swept out through the ends of the profile.
