Monitor pressure and temperature in your polymer process with Gneuss MC measurement technology. The range includes melt pressure sensors, melt temperature sensors and accessories for applications such as extrusion, compounding and plastics recycling.
Northern Grafics is an official Gneuss MC distributor in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. We provide technical advice in cooperation with Gneuss MC’s specialists.
We help with standard and customised solutions, with a focus on short lead times. The specific lead time is confirmed once the design has been agreed.
For monitoring and controlling polymer melt pressure, with different outputs and specialist functions.
For measuring melt temperature. Choose a ceramic-insulated tip or an all-metal design to suit the process.
Cables, connectors, amplifiers, mounting and testing equipment for the complete measurement setup.
Contact Northern Grafics with details of your material, operating temperature, pressure, connection and required signal. Together with Gneuss MC’s specialists, we help you select sensors and accessories for your application.
Gneuss MC specialises in measurement technology for polymer processing and develops and manufactures its sensors in Germany. Accurate measurements support process control and help identify changes that may affect production. Northern Grafics helps translate your process requirements into a suitable sensor specification.
Need a particular length, connection or design? We help you source customised solutions from Gneuss MC and confirm the lead time for your chosen solution.
Gneuss MC offers pressure sensors using mercury-free NTX technology. The fill medium, diaphragm and coating are selected for the temperature and material characteristics. A mercury-free design must therefore be specified for the actual process.
Gneuss MC diaphragm designs and coating options allow the measuring tip to be matched to materials that may be adhesive or abrasive. If a sensor needs service, Northern Grafics can coordinate an assessment by Gneuss MC’s specialists in Germany. Repair feasibility depends on the condition of the sensor.
Choose melt pressure sensors to monitor pressure and melt temperature sensors to measure polymer melt temperature. Combined series can measure both through one process opening. We help assess the right arrangement.
