EasION IQ 4.x is an effective ionizing bar (also referred to as an anti-static bar or static eliminator bar) designed for static electricity elimination across a wide range of industrial production environments. As one of Simco-Ion’s most widely used ionizing bars, EasION combines high neutralization performance, robust construction, and simple installation in a single solution.
With a working distance of up to 500 mm, EasION is suitable for a broad range of industrial processes where static electricity can lead to dust attraction, product defects, quality issues, and production downtime. It can be used as a standalone ionizing bar or integrated with Simco-Ion’s IQ Easy Platform for monitoring and control. The integrated high-voltage power supply means the bar only requires a 24V DC input, making installation simple and flexible.

EasION-A IQ with Air Support for specialized applications
EasION IQ is also available as EasION-A IQ with Air Support. An integrated airflow helps carry the ions further towards the material, providing increased operating range compared to the standard version. This version can be beneficial when working with complex shapes, hard-to-reach areas, or applications where airflow conditions make it more difficult for the ions to reach the material. Air Support also helps keep the emitter pins cleaner in dusty production environments, contributing to more stable performance over time.
In most applications, the standard EasION IQ version will be the natural choice, while EasION-A IQ is primarily used in more specialized installations.
Intelligent Static Control with the IQ Easy Platform
EasION IQ operates effectively as a standalone ionizing bar but can also be integrated with Simco-Ion’s IQ Easy Platform for advanced monitoring and control.
When integrated, users gain access to features such as data logging, efficiency monitoring, and cleaning indicators. Combined with Sensor IQ Easy, the system can automatically measure residual static charge and regulate ionization in real time for optimal static elimination.
