Advanced Ion Bars: Revolutionizing Static Control for Superior Performance
High performance combined with optimal static control defines a new benchmark for ion bars. Through integration with the IQ platform, EasION IQ 4.x ensures superior static neutralization efficiency. Within the IQ Easy Platform, up to 30 ionizing and charging units can be integrated. Employing a proactive approach, the IQ platform utilizes patented upstream static charge evaluation techniques. Enhancing efficacy, the addition of a Sensor IQ Easy measures downstream residual static charge and adjusts ionization in real-time, achieving minimal residual static charge. An ion bar is also commonly referred to as a universal term such as an anti-static bar.

The reinforced structure of EasION IQ 4.x presents a durable framework, extending up to 5 meters in length. Its integrated high-voltage power supply necessitates a mere 24V DC low-voltage input, facilitated by a standard M12 plug. An LED serves to indicate operational status or any detected anomalies. With an IP66 rating, the ion bar ensures effortless cleaning. Versatile mounting brackets cater to diverse installation needs. Whether deployed independently or within our IQ platform, the ion bar remains a versatile component.
