Vortec Cold Air Guns provide precise, adjustable spot cooling using filtered compressed air. They are designed for machining and industrial processes where heat must be removed quickly from a defined area without refrigerant or electricity at the point of cooling.
The range includes Standard Cold Air Guns with one flexible outlet nozzle and Dual Nozzle Cold Air Guns with two flexible outlet nozzles. Standard models focus cooling on one point, while dual-nozzle models can cool two points at the same time or approach a workpiece from two directions.
The cold air can be aimed accurately at the tool, workpiece or process. Typical applications include drilling, milling, grinding and sawing as well as machining metal, plastic, wood and ceramics.
