Sensor IQ Easy: Optimizing Electrostatic Charge Detection
The Sensor IQ Easy serves as an electrostatic charger for measuring charges on a given object and can be added to the IQ Easy platform. The Sensor IQ Easy is a device capable of accommodating up to 16 sensor heads. Each sensor head can be positioned strategically across the subject to monitor the electrostatic charge. All data from each sensor head is relayed to Manager IQ Easy and stored for process monitoring.
For dirty environments or to protect the sensor heads, the Sensor IQ Easy bar is equipped with an air pressure connection. The Sensor IQ Easy uses very low pressure and air volume to prevent dirt from entering the sensor openings. In the system, ion bars or charging generators can be adjusted based on the data received from a sensor bar. The electrostatic charger allows for real-time control of the static charge level on the subject using a closed-loop feedback system. Data received from the sensor heads can also be used for quality control and process monitoring. Data can be retrieved from Manager IQ Easy through a standard Ethernet connection.
