The heart of the IQ Easy Platform for the use of Antistatic Equipment

Manager IQ Easy introduces a new level of anti static control with this versatile antistatic equipment; the heart of the new IQ Easy platform is Manager IQ Easy. It consists of a control unit with a 7” LCD touchscreen that displays information from all connected devices and makes it easy to change and monitor status and parameters. Up to 6 IQ devices can be directly connected to Manager IQ Easy. The 24V DC power distribution is directed through the Manager, so no extra cables are needed! This makes the connection of a device even easier than connecting to a simple desktop power supply.

The Manager IQ Anti static control and antistatic equipment is available in 2 versions:

1. Input voltage 100 – 240V /50-60 Hz.
   This unit converts the input voltage to 24V DC and supplies power to all 6 connected devices.
2. Input voltage 24V DC
   This model requires a 24V power input supplied by the user. Further expansion of devices is possible through the use of Extension IQ Easy. This adds 6 additional devices to the system, with a maximum of 30.

2 ports on each Manager or Extension are available for connecting previous (non-IQ) Easy products, for example. Performax Easy. Interfaces:

Machine communication interfaces are available. Analog and digital inputs, outputs, and optional fieldbus protocols such as EtherNet/IP and ProfiNet can be used. Ethernet and USB ports are available for many functions.
