Ion Nozzle for Static Neutralization and Surface Cleaning
Blowflex Easy is an in-line ion nozzle designed for effective static neutralization and surface cleaning. The ion nozzle operates on 24 V DC and integrates all high-voltage components within the unit.This ion nozzle features patented high-frequency high-voltage technology, ensuring stable and efficient ionization. A green LED indicates when the ionzing nozzle is in operation. Blowflex Easy is supplied as standard with an 8 mm quick push-in hose connection. Alternatively, a ¼” BSP air nipple can be used instead of the quick-connect fitting. Flexible Mounting
The ion nozzle can be mounted using:
- The integrated mounting base
- 5 mm mounting holes
- M4 threaded holes
- Simco-Ion universal mounting bracket
An additional cover plate is included when using the side holes to maintain full enclosure.The ionzing nozzle is fully sealed to IP66, making it ideal for environments with frequent cleaning.
