Blowflex (IQ) Easy ionizing nozzle for compact machine areas
Blowflex (IQ) Easy from Simco-ION is a compact ionizing nozzle for automatic neutralisation and cleaning of small or hard-to-reach areas. It reduces static electricity while compressed air removes dust and loose particles.
Its integrated high-voltage supply means that only 24 V DC, compressed air and an M12 cable are required. Typical locations include guarded machine sections, robot tooling and local treatment points.

When do we recommend Blowflex?
Blowflex is normally our first choice for a new nozzle installation. It is useful where space is limited, air must be guided through a tube or hose, or a target must be treated from several directions.

Blowflex Easy or Blowflex IQ Easy?
Blowflex Easy is the straightforward 24 V DC model with integrated high voltage and a green operating LED.
Blowflex IQ Easy connects to Smart SLC and can provide Operation OK, remote on/off and pressure-triggered activation. Pressure monitoring, adjustable trigger level and adjustable current require Smart SLC.
Outlets and installation
Blowflex supports straight and bent tubes, flat and round distributors and configurations for internal cleaning. The correct outlet depends on the target geometry.
Use clean, oil-free compressed air at 0.3-5 bar. The Easy model is IP66; the IQ model is IP55 under the conditions stated in the manual.

Blowflex or HE?
Choose Blowflex for a new 24 V DC installation, flexible outlets and optional IQ monitoring. HE may be better when several 7 kV AC nozzles share one Power Unit or manifold.
