Blowflex Easy Ion Nozzle for Static Neutralization and Surface Cleaning
Blowflex Easy and the new Blowflex IQ Easy from Simco-Ion are intelligent in-line ion nozzles developed for effective static neutralization and surface cleaning in industrial processes. The ion nozzles are typically used to remove dust, particles, and static electricity from materials and components where precise ionization and controlled air distribution are critical for process quality.
The Blowflex series operates on 24 V DC and integrates all high-voltage components within the unit. The patented high-frequency high-voltage technology ensures stable and efficient ionization with low wear and high operational reliability. A green status LED clearly indicates when the unit is operating.
Blowflex Easy is supplied as standard with an 8 mm quick push-in hose connection. Alternatively, a ¼” BSP air nipple can be used instead of the quick-connect fitting. The Blowflex series is available with multiple ionized air outlet configurations, making the solution flexible for a wide range of industrial applications and production environments.
Blowflex IQ Easy – Smart Ion Nozzle
Blowflex IQ Easy includes all the functions of Blowflex Easy while adding advanced IQ features for monitoring and process control.
The IQ version can be connected to the Simco-Ion Smart SLC system and provides access to advanced features such as:
- Air pressure monitoring
- Ionization activated only when air pressure is detected
- Adjustable ionization trigger
- Remote on/off function
- Adjustable current settings
- Operation OK status feedback
This makes Blowflex IQ Easy especially suitable for automated production environments where monitoring, process stability, and intelligent control are important factors.
Flexible Mounting
Mounting positions can be adapted as required using:
- The integrated mounting base on the Blowflex
- 5 mm mounting holes
- M4 threaded holes
- Simco-Ion universal mounting bracket
When using the side holes, an additional cover plate is included to maintain full enclosure protection. The Blowflex series is fully sealed to IP66 and is therefore highly suitable for industrial environments with frequent cleaning and demanding operating conditions.
