Ion Nozzle for Static Neutralization and Surface Cleaning
Blowflex Easy is an in-line ion nozzle, also referred to as an ionizing air nozzle, for neutralization and cleaning of various surfaces. The ion nozzle is connected via a 24V DC power supply and incorporates all high-voltage parts. It is effective due to high-frequency high-voltage generation. A green LED indicates when this ionizing air nozzle is in operation.
BlowFlex Easy has many different air output configurations, making the ion nozzles an agile tool. Find out more about the available options in our “data sheet”.
Mounting positions can be adjusted using Simco-Ion’s universal mounting bracket, M8 threaded holes at the bottom, or 6 mm holes on the side. When using the holes on the side, an extra cover plate is included. The ion nozzle is IP66 rated, making it suitable for environments where frequent cleaning is performed.
