HE ionizing nozzle for focused static neutralisation
The Simco-ION HE is a compact 7 kV AC ionizing nozzle for local neutralisation and particle blow-off. It delivers focused airflow with relatively low air consumption and can operate up to 250 mm from the target, subject to process conditions.
Its two current-limited emitter pins are positioned outside the airflow, reducing contamination and making them touch-safe. HE requires an external Simco-ION A2A7S Power Unit.

When do we recommend HE?
HE is particularly useful when several nozzles are combined on one cable or common air manifold, or when the machine already has a compatible 7 kV AC supply.

Modular installation and data
HE uses a click mounting system and can be adapted to a standard manifold. Use clean, dry and oil-free compressed air. Distance, pressure and nozzle count must be sized for the target.

HE or Blowflex?
Choose HE for a multi-nozzle AC system or an existing compatible Power Unit. Blowflex (IQ) Easy is normally simpler for a new 24 V DC installation, flexible outlets and optional IQ monitoring.
