Cleanflex Easy for manual removal of static electricity and dust
Cleanflex Easy from Simco-ION is a handheld ionizing air gun that neutralizes static electricity and removes dust, chips and other loose particles in the same operation. It is designed for manual cleaning of parts and surfaces at working distances of up to 300 mm.

Why Cleanflex Easy is our first recommendation
Cleanflex Easy is powered by 24 V DC through an M12 connector. The ionizing high voltage is generated inside the gun, so a separate external high-voltage power unit is not required. The gun can be supplied from the machine’s 24 V system or through a suitable mains adapter.
Pulling the trigger starts the ionization and airflow. An LED indicates operating status, while the full-hand trigger supports natural operation during repetitive tasks. The spring-loaded Pull Down function allows the emitter points to be cleaned without dismantling the gun.
For plastic parts, painting and sensitive surfaces
Static electricity generated during milling, turning and other plastic machining processes can cause chips and dust to cling to the part. A conventional air gun may move the particles, but the charge can attract them back to the surface. Cleanflex Easy neutralizes this attraction while the part is blown clean.
The gun is silicone-free and can therefore be used in processes where parts are subsequently painted or surface-treated. Its nozzle can be adjusted through 70° and locked in four positions to adapt the air direction to the part and working posture.
Installation and operation
Cleanflex Easy requires clean, dry and oil-free compressed air. The inlet pressure is 1–7 bar, the air connection is intended for 8 mm hose, and air consumption is approximately 200 l/min at 3 bar. The specified ambient temperature is 0–55 °C.
The gun weighs approximately 0.3 kg excluding cable and air hose. Its low weight and full-hand trigger make it suitable for repeated manual cleaning, although hose routing and pressure should still be adapted to the operator and workstation.
Cleanflex Easy, Cobra or Top Gun 3?
Choose Cleanflex Easy for most new 24 V installations and working distances up to 300 mm. Cobra is relevant when a robust 5.1 kV AC solution, a longer reach of up to 600 mm or two guns on one A2A5G unit is required. Consider Top Gun 3 for lighter workstation tasks, an integrated fine filter or hands-free Sidekick operation.
