How is Simco´ Ionizing Air Gun used to Eliminate Static Electricity?
Simco’s Cleanflex Easy, also known as the Ion Gun or Ionizing Air Gun, is used for the effective elimination and neutralization of static electricity on industrial surfaces. The Cleanflex Easy emits ionized air, which neutralizes electric charges that build up on materials – preventing the attraction of dust, dirt, and other static discharges.
Unlike traditional ionizing air guns, the Cleanflex Easy does not require a heavy transformer or cumbersome high-voltage cables. Instead, it connects easily using a 24V input via a standard M12 connector, making it simple and convenient to use.
