EasION IQ ionising air knife for new installations

The EasION IQ ionising air knife combines an EasION IQ bar with a separate Air Knife. Ionisation reduces electrostatic attraction while compressed air removes loose dust and particles.

We recommend considering EasION IQ for new installations requiring 24 V DC and the option of IQ control integration. The currently documented combination uses EasION IQ 4.1.

Match the solution to the cleaning task

The solution is relevant for automatic treatment of plastic components and other surfaces where static electricity makes blow-off cleaning difficult. Working width, distance and airflow direction are chosen to suit the component and process.

Control and installation

The bar operates on 24 V DC and has an integrated high-voltage supply. The IQ 4.1 version requires compatible IQ 4 control when its monitoring functions are to be used.

The Air Knife combination must be distinguished from EasION-A with built-in air assistance. Specify the required version, air knife length and connections when ordering.
