UNWINDING –Features an integrated unwinder, available with either a shaft or shaftless design. It includes a dancer roller for precise tension management, alongside a choice of a pneumatic brake or an electric motor for operational control. An automatic web guider ensures accurate material handling.
CUTTING – Equipped with a choice between an oscillating blade or a circular shear cutting system. The machine boasts a knife holder that can be mounted on a shaft or along linear guides, offering versatility in cutting. It also features a specialized belt passage designed for either wrapped or tangent cutting methods, with options for manual or semi-automatic blade adjustment.
BELT – The design includes a compact belt passage system, utilizing aluminum idle rollers for smooth operation. It incorporates a drive roller and pressure roller, alternatively known as the “S” drive system, to ensure efficient material processing.

This section is designed with a double shaft winding system, complete with contact rollers to accommodate various material types. It offers ball clutched shafts or pneumatic expanding shafts for versatile material handling. The winding system is further enhanced with independent contact rollers controlled pneumatically, and tension is meticulously managed through multiple systems. Core positioning is adjustable manually, utilizing laser pointers for precision, or through an automatic loader for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, the system includes options for reel unloading, either via a flag device or with a motorized trolley for ease of operation.
AUTOMATION – The Roll Slitting Machine is outfitted with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for comprehensive machine control and function management. Operators can interact with the machine through a touch screen panel, ensuring ease of use. Additionally, the inclusion of a modem supports remote monitoring capabilities, allowing for efficient oversight of machine performance.
