CM Tiny charging generator for small machines and moving parts

CM Tiny from Simco-ION is a compact industrial charging generator for static bonding in small machines and applications with moving parts. The high-voltage components are integrated in the housing, and the unit only requires a 24 V DC supply.

Compact solution for automation.

Its 500 g weight and robust design make CM Tiny suitable for pick-and-place systems and end-of-arm tooling. LEDs indicate operation, inactive high voltage and alarm. The output is adjustable from 0–20 kV with negative polarity.

Control and connection.

The setpoint can be controlled by a 4–20 mA signal, while the remote input switches high voltage from the machine control. Distribution blocks with one to four quick connections are available. The electrode requires the correct special connector, and a special HDR charging bar version is available for CM Tiny.

Choose CM Tiny when space, weight and movement are decisive. If a local display and positive or negative polarity are required, CM Lite is often more suitable. For higher voltage and advanced control, consider CM5-30 or CM5-60.
