Simco-Ion’s Chargemaster systems are designed to facilitate temporary bonding of materials by creating electrostatic charges. These charges allow the surfaces of materials to adhere together more effectively, simplifying and speeding up the production process. The systems consist of two main components: a DC high voltage generator and one or more charging electrodes.
The high-voltage generator provides the necessary voltage to the electrodes. The electrodes emit ions that charge the materials. This leads to electrostatic adhesion between the materials, enabling them to stick together. The generators use a high-frequency switching technology, ensuring a constant output voltage at a preset value without overloading the system. They are also electronically limited in power consumption and protected against sparks to ensure safety.
The user experience is made as user-friendly as possible. The systems are equipped with a control panel featuring membrane keys, making it easy to set and operate. Additionally, the control panel can be rotated up to 180 degrees for added flexibility and convenience.
