The Vortec Vortex A/C Cabinet Air Conditioner 7035-BSP is a powerful and reliable vortex air conditioner designed for enclosure cooling of electrical and electronic control cabinets in demanding industrial environments.
With its higher cooling capacity, this cabinet air conditioner is ideal for enclosures with increased heat load where stable temperature control is critical for operational reliability. The Vortex A/C combines compressed air–based vortex cooling technology with an integrated mechanical thermostat and noise-optimized design—without compressors, refrigerants, or complex electrical installation.
Rated NEMA 4/4X, the unit is suitable for dust-, moisture-, and washdown-exposed environments.
Application and Function
The Vortex A/C 7035-BSP uses compressed air to efficiently remove heat from the electrical cabinet while maintaining slight positive pressure inside the enclosure. This helps protect sensitive electronics from dust and humid ambient air. The built-in mechanical thermostat automatically activates cooling when required, reducing compressed air consumption and ensuring stable internal temperature.
With a cooling capacity of 733 Watts, this model is particularly suitable for:
- Medium-sized and larger electrical cabinets
- PLC systems and servo drives with high heat generation
- Industrial environments requiring NEMA 4/4X protection
- Applications with continuous operation
