Vortec – Vortex A/C Cabinet Air Conditioner 7025-BSP
The Vortec Vortex A/C Cabinet Air Conditioner 7025-BSP is a compact and reliable vortex air conditioner designed for enclosure cooling of electrical and electronic control cabinets in demanding industrial environments.
Rated NEMA 4/4X, this cabinet air conditioner is suitable for applications exposed to dust, moisture, washdown, or corrosive conditions. It provides stable and efficient cooling without compressors, refrigerants, or complex HVAC systems.
By combining compressed air–based vortex technology with a noise-reduced design and integrated mechanical thermostat, the Vortex A/C 7025-BSP ensures precise temperature control and long-term operational reliability.
Application and Function
The Vortex A/C 7025-BSP uses compressed air to generate cold air and remove heat from the electrical cabinet. At the same time, it maintains slight positive pressure inside the enclosure to help protect sensitive electronics from dust and humid ambient air.
The integrated mechanical thermostat automatically activates cooling when required, reducing compressed air consumption and operating costs compared to constant-run systems.
With a cooling capacity of 440 Watts, this model is well suited for:
- Electrical control cabinets and PLC installations
- Variable frequency drives (VFDs) and servo systems
- Industrial environments with high humidity
- Washdown or moisture-exposed production areas
- Applications where fan-based cooling is insufficient
The 7025-BSP is particularly suitable for installations where downtime must be avoided and traditional compressor-based air conditioning is not practical.
