Heavy Duty Rewinder / Rewinding Machine from Euromac
A rewinding machine, or it is also called a winding machine.
UNWINDING – Features a separate unwinder that can accommodate both shaft and shaftless operations, enhanced with a dancer roller for precise tension management, options for either a pneumatic brake or electric motor, and an automatic system for web guiding.
CUTTING – Equipped with a trim cutting mechanism that utilizes either oscillating blades or circular shears, designed for specific belt pathways to facilitate both wrapped and tangent cutting methods.
BELT – Offers a streamlined, platform, or bridge conveyance system, incorporating aluminum idle rollers. Alongside a drive roller and pressure roller or an efficient “S” drive configuration.
WINDING – Central to its design is a shaftless winding system with a contact roller. Bolstered by independent contact rollers under pneumatic control, comprehensive tension management through various systems. Trolley system for efficient reel unloading.
AUTOMATION – Integrates a PLC for overarching machine control and operational functionalities, complemented by a touch screen operator panel for user interaction, and a modem setup for remote machine monitoring.
