Enhanced Features of RB-3 Rewinder Machine for Optimal Performance
A rewinder machine, it is also called a winder machine.
UNWINDING – Offers a choice between a separate shaft or shaftless unwinder. That includes a dancer roller for precise tension management, and features either a pneumatic brake or electric motor. Equipped with an automatic system for web guidance.
CUTTING – Incorporates a cutting system designed for trim removal, utilizing either oscillating blades or circular shears, and a specific belt pathway for either wrapped or tangent cutting methods.
BELT – Designed for efficiency with a compact, platform, or bridge configuration, featuring aluminum idle rollers, along with a combination of drive and pressure rollers, or an “S” drive system for optimal performance.
WINDING – Facilitates center winding with a contact roller, offering options for expandable or shaftless winding shafts. Includes independently controlled contact rollers with pneumatic adjustment, multiple system-based tension control, and a trolley for reel unloading.
AUTOMATION – Employs a PLC for the complete control and functionality of the machine. A touch screen panel for operator interface, and a modem to enable remote monitoring capabilities.
