UNWINDER – This unit comes with an integrated shaft unwinder, featuring a tension monitoring load cell. It is equipped with either an electric motor or a pneumatic brake for optimal tension management, alongside an automated web guiding system. The contact roller is controlled pneumatically for precise adjustments.
CUTTING – Provides advanced planning for trimming operations.
BELT PASSAGE – Offers a compact route for belt travel, equipped with aluminum idle rollers and a splicing table, facilitating reversible movement.
WINDER – Incorporates a shaft-equipped winder, with a pneumatically adjusted contact roller. It utilizes multiple systems for effective voltage regulation.
AUTOMATION – Employs a PLC for the regulation of machine operations and functionalities, complemented by a touch screen for operator interactions and a modem for remote monitoring capabilities.
