Which Ionizing Air Blower is right for your Application?

For most applications, we recommend Phoenix 2.0, Simco-Ion’s latest ionizing air blower. With a range of up to 3 metres, automatic ion balance and high ionization performance, it is ideal for workstations, conveyor systems, plastic components and other applications where flexible positioning and effective static elimination are important.

XC2 Blower is typically used in industrial production environments where static electricity needs to be neutralized across small to medium-sized areas. It is well suited for plastics manufacturing, packaging, labels, printing and other industrial applications where a compact and reliable ionizing air blower is required.

For electronics manufacturing, workstations, bowl feeders and automated assembly processes, we often recommend MinION 2. This compact ionizing air blower is designed for smaller work areas where precise static control, ESD protection and stable ionization close to the process are essential. For applications requiring high airflow and continuous industrial operation, VolumION is often the preferred choice. In ATEX environments where additional safety requirements apply, we recommend HP-N-EX, which is specifically designed for use in hazardous areas.
