Vortec Humidifying Spray Nozzle – 1707-BSP
Vortec 1707-BSP is a compressed-air humidifying spray nozzle for industrial humidification and processes requiring liquid to be distributed across a wide area. It produces droplets from 20–200 µm and handles liquids with viscosities up to 100 cP.
The wide spray pattern is suitable for humidifying wood, paper, packaging materials and other surfaces affected by low humidity.
Application and function of Vortec 1707-BSP
Liquid mixes externally with compressed air and is distributed as a wide mist. At a liquid flow of 23 L/h, the spray diameter can reach approximately 2,030 mm when measured 305 mm from the nozzle.
Liquid flow is adjustable from 23–57 L/h using the integrated needle adjustment. Air consumption is 340 SLPM, and liquid pressure is 0.1–1.4 bar.
An air filter and liquid strainer are not included.
