Vortec Fogging Style Spray Nozzle – 1703-BSP
Vortec 1703-BSP is a compressed-air fogging spray nozzle for processes requiring fine droplets and a directed, tight spray pattern. It produces droplets from 20–60 µm and handles liquids with viscosities up to 1,100 cP.
The nozzle provides an adjustable liquid flow of 23–114 L/h and consumes 340 SLPM of compressed air. At a distance of approximately 2.44 metres, the fogging pattern can cover a width of approximately 762 mm.
Application and function of Vortec 1703-BSP
Liquid is entrained by a high-velocity compressed-air stream and divided into fine droplets. Air and liquid mix externally, helping to minimise clogging.
Liquid flow is controlled using the integrated needle adjustment. The model operates with a liquid pressure of 0.1–1.4 bar and requires no electrical connection at the nozzle.
An air filter and liquid strainer are not included.
