High performance combined with optimal control. This is the new standard for ion bars. In combination with Manager IQ Easy, the Performax IQ Easy ion bar will ensure a very high efficiency of static neutralization. Within the IQ Easy Platform, up to thirty ionizing and charging devices can be connected in a network.

Through Manager IQ Easy, it can be set up as a proactive static neutralizer using the patented system. Adding a Sensor IQ Easy to the system enhances efficiency by measuring downstream static charges and adjusting ionization efficiency in real-time to ensure a very low static charge. The fiberglass-reinforced profile provides a very robust structure, even up to 5 meters in length.

Performax IQ Easy features an integrated high-voltage power supply and only requires a low-voltage input of 24V DC. It is equipped with a standard M12 connector for the 24V DC input. Two high-brightness 3-color LEDs visualize whether the ion bar is “ON” (green), “WARNING” (orange), or “ALARM” (red). The Performax IQ Easy ion bar has slightly angled ends and a protection rating of IP66, making it easy to clean. A universal mounting bracket is included for various mounting options.

The Performax IQ Easy ion bar is available in two versions:

1) Standard, for all applications with a working distance between 100 and 500 mm

2) The “Speed version” for high-speed applications. Working distance 50 to 500 mm
