The Core of The IQ Easy Platform: Manager IQ Easy
Manager IQ Easy ushers in a groundbreaking level of static control through its multifunctional antistatic equipment; at the core of the IQ Easy platform lies the Manager IQ Easy. This device incorporates a control unit equipped with a 7” LCD touch screen, offering insights from all connected devices and simplifying the process of adjusting and monitoring their status and parameters. Directly connectable to Manager IQ Easy are up to 6 IQ devices. The distribution of 24V DC power is streamlined through the Manager, thereby obviating the need for extraneous cables. This advancement streamlines the process of connecting devices, making it even simpler than attaching to a standard desktop power source.
Manager IQ antistatic equipment is available in two versions
- Input voltage 100 – 240V /50-60 Hz.
This unit converts the input voltage to 24V DC and supplies power to all 6 connected devices. - Input voltage 24V DC
This model requires a 24V power input supplied by the user. Further expansion of devices is possible through the use of Extension IQ Easy. This adds 6 additional devices to the system, with a maximum of 30.
2 ports on each Manager or Extension are available for connecting previous (non-IQ) Easy products, for example. Performax Easy. Interfaces:
Machine communication interfaces are available. Analog and digital inputs, outputs, and optional fieldbus protocols such as EtherNet/IP and ProfiNet can be used. Ethernet and USB ports are available for many functions.
