IML Spider: The Ultimate Electrode Solution for Efficient IML Charging and Connectivity
In-Mould Labelling: The In-Mould-labelling (IML) Spider serves as a flexible electrode designed for direct IML charging tasks This device features an IML Spider block, equipped with integrated resistors to eliminate the risk of unintended sparks. The IML Spider Block is outfitted with eight ports for output, each port having its own resistors, allowing for the connection of up to eight adaptable charging electrodes.
For expanding configurations, an extra output port is available for linking additional IML Spider Blocks, with all ports featuring easy-to-use quick connect plugs.
Electrodes lengths:
The electrodes are available in lengths of either 300 mm or 500 mm. Additionally, there is a special 500 mm length that can be customized during installation using a special tool.
- Interconnecting cables are available in lengths of 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 meters to accommodate various needs.
- Connection cables, compatible with CM-type generators, are available as standard in lengths of 2, 5, and 10 meters.
- IML Spider can be used in conjunction with IML applications requiring a maximum power of 18 kV.
There are also special connection heads for CMME (CM Micro Easy), allowing the use of Spider with CMME or using CMME directly as an IML Spider with up to four Spider electrodes. This increases the flexibility and functionality of your IML system.
