The Vortec Vortex Cooler System 787SS-BSP is a complete compressed air–powered vortex cooler system designed for enclosure cooling of electrical and electronic cabinets in demanding industrial environments.
Manufactured in stainless steel and rated NEMA 4X, this vortex cooling system is ideal for environments exposed to moisture, washdown procedures, dust, or corrosive conditions. With a cooling capacity of 498 Watts, it is well suited for installations with moderate heat loads where stable performance and robust construction are essential.
Application and Function
The Vortec Vortex Cooler System 787SS-BSP uses compressed air to remove heat from inside the enclosure without refrigerants, electric blowers, or moving parts. At the same time, the vortex air cooler maintains a slight positive pressure inside the cabinet to help prevent the ingress of dust, moisture, and contaminants. As a complete system, this configuration includes an integrated air filter and internal air distribution (ducting kit) to ensure more uniform cooling of cabinet components.
The stainless steel construction and NEMA 4X rating make this vortex electronic cooler particularly suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical production, chemical environments, and other applications requiring corrosion resistance and washdown capability.
This model is supplied as a constant run version (without thermostat).
