Rated NEMA 4, this compressed air–powered vortex air cooler is suitable for environments exposed to dust, moisture, and splashing water. It provides a reliable and maintenance-free alternative to fan-based cabinet cooling and traditional electric air-conditioning systems.
With a cooling capacity of 733 Watts, the 727-35H-BSP is ideal for medium-sized to larger enclosures with significant heat loads.
Application and Function
The Vortec Vortex Cooler 727-35H-BSP uses compressed air to remove large amounts of heat from inside the enclosure without electric blowers, refrigerants, or moving parts. At the same time, this vortex electronic cooler maintains a slight positive pressure inside the cabinet to help prevent the ingress of dust and moisture.
Its high cooling capacity and NEMA 4 protection rating make this model well suited for industrial installations where environmental exposure exceeds NEMA 12 requirements and stable temperature control is critical for operational reliability.
This configuration is supplied as cooler only and does not include a compressed air filter or internal air distribution (ducting kit).
