H Series: The Maintenance-Free Versatile Range
Rotary joints for Thermal oil: flexible, durable, and easy to maintain: The H series stands as the all-encompassing rotary joint designed for various media, covering a broad spectrum of pressures and temperatures, up to mid-high velocities. This means one solution can cover multiple applications, cutting down on your maintenance and inventory costs.
Rotary joint for thermal oil: The H series and HW are equipped with maintenance-free carbon sealing rings and carbon bushings. Metal impregnated sealing rings are included for thermal oil and higher pressure loads when used for hot water and steam. The H3 is equipped with an integrated vacuum breaker for steam cylinders.
These versions are suitable for efficient transfer of water and steam and depending on the series – for transmission of heat transfer oil. Base series like H and HW cover needs up to DN100, and Christian Maier also offers reinforced versions HWA, HWB, HWX for higher speeds, loads, and for large nominal sizes.
