TKM DuroBlade is the perfect solution for highly abrasive inking, varnishing, and coating systems used in flexographic printing. Flexo doctor blades wear down evenly and cleanly, offering exceptional durability. With its extremely low wear during production, DuroBlade is also the preferred choice for abrasive coating systems, ensuring consistent and precise coating and ink layer thicknesses.
The patented coating delivers uniform print quality with minimal dot gain. Duroblade features a corrosion-resistant NiroPrint (stainless steel) core that is gentle on anilox rollers and chrome cylinders.
TKM DuroBlades are now also available in the TKM DuroBlades HL+ version, designed for use with anilox rollers with low cell volumes and fully engraved chrome cylinders.
