The BKG Type AH underwater compact pelletizer features automatic hydraulic blade pressure regulation and is capable of handling a wide range of throughputs. It can be easily combined with most tempered water systems in our portfolio, making it suitable for numerous materials and proven applications.
A blade wear indicator and fully automatic re-sharpening during operation ensure consistent cutting quality, reduced downtime, and minimal operator intervention.

Bypass
The BKG Bypass Piping system surrounds the cutting chamber, allowing precise timing of process water entry into the chamber. The system includes:
- (2) 2/2-way valves
- (1) 3/2-way valve
- PLC programming for optimized control.
