Overview
The BKG NorCon LK-SWE leverages a proven double-piston design, featuring two oval-shaped screen cavities that expand the filtration area. During screen changes, only one piston is removed from the housing, allowing the other filter cavity to continue operation uninterrupted. This ensures consistent pressure and seamless production, even during maintenance.
The LK-SWE is ideal for handling low to moderate contamination levels when upstream components provide high inlet pressure, making it a dependable solution for demanding extrusion processes. Automated Venting
To enhance performance, the BKG NorCon LK-SWE can be equipped with a melt pressure-controlled automated venting start feature.
