The Vortec Panel Guard Vortex Cooler System 770-15H-BSP is a complete and reliable solution for thermostat-controlled enclosure cooling of electrical and electronic control cabinets in industrial environments requiring NEMA 4 protection.
This model features an integrated mechanical thermostat that automatically regulates cooling without the need for external electrical connections. As a complete system, it is supplied with both a compressed air filter and internal air distribution (ducting kit), making installation simple and ready for operation.
The Panel Guard series combines maintenance-free vortex cooling technology with automatic temperature control and fast installation.
Application and Function
The Panel Guard Vortex Cooler System 770-15H-BSP uses compressed air to effectively remove heat from inside the enclosure without electrical components, refrigerants, or moving parts.
The integrated mechanical thermostat opens and closes the compressed air supply depending on cabinet temperature. This reduces air consumption while ensuring stable and automatic temperature control.
At the same time, the vortex air cooler maintains slight positive pressure inside the cabinet to protect sensitive electronics from dust and moisture.
With a cooling capacity of 264 Watts, this model is well suited for small to medium-sized enclosures with low to moderate heat load.
