Linear 6 Point charging electrode for precise static pinning
The Simco-ION Linear 6 Point is a compact charging electrode with six emitter pins in a line. It connects to an ECM Lite or CM5 generator and applies controlled positive or negative charge up to 30 kV DC.
The electrode creates an elongated linear charging field and is recommended for a short material edge or line.

Cast film and precise material pinning
A typical application is cast film. Electrodes at the outer edges pin hot film to a grounded chill roll, stabilising the edge without charging the complete width.
The head geometry must match the required field. Provide a photo or drawing of the edge and grounded counter-surface when the system is sized.
Technical data and installation
The emitter pins are current-limited, touch-safe and replaceable. The stated minimum working distance is 12.5 mm. The PTFE body is suitable for temperatures up to 150 °C.
