These bars, when connected to a specialized DC high-voltage Charging Generator, generate a potent, ion-dense electric field at the single polarity high voltage points, directing the material towards a reference earth. This process charges the material with ions, and the attraction of opposite polarities generates a force that can cause materials or surfaces to adhere temporarily when they are near each other. Utilizing a Simco-Ion Charging Generator alongside Static Charging electrodes offers various methods to charge materials electrostatically for temporary adhesion. This synergy between a specific Charging Generator and a Charging applicator forms what is known as a Static Charging System.

• The Pinner Claw: Ideal for directional edge charging, enables spot-surface charging and pinning.
