Pinner Claw charging electrode for precise static pinning
The Simco-ION Pinner Claw is a compact charging electrode with three emitter pins in a claw. It connects to an ECM Lite or CM5 generator and applies controlled positive or negative charge up to 30 kV DC.
The electrode creates a compact directional charging field and is recommended for narrow areas where charge must be directed towards a defined point.

Cast film and precise material pinning
A typical application is cast film. Electrodes at the outer edges pin hot film to a grounded chill roll, stabilising the edge without charging the complete width.
The head geometry must match the required field. Provide a photo or drawing of the edge and grounded counter-surface when the system is sized.
Technical data and installation
The emitter pins are current-limited, touch-safe and replaceable. The stated minimum working distance is 12.5 mm. The PTFE body is suitable for temperatures up to 150 °C.
