The Vortec Vortex Cooler System 785-BSP is a high-capacity, complete enclosure cooling system designed for electrical and electronic control cabinets with significant heat loads in indoor industrial environments.
This compressed air–powered vortex cooler system delivers powerful and continuous cooling while maintaining a maintenance-free design without refrigerants or moving parts. It provides a robust alternative to fan-based cabinet cooling and traditional electric air-conditioning units.
With a cooling capacity of 733 Watts, the 785-BSP is ideal for medium to larger enclosures requiring stable and reliable temperature control.
Application and Function
The Vortec Vortex Cooler System 785-BSP uses compressed air to remove large amounts of heat from inside the enclosure. At the same time, the vortex air cooler maintains a slight positive pressure inside the cabinet to help prevent the ingress of dust and airborne particles.
As a complete system, this configuration includes an integrated compressed air filter and internal ducting kit to ensure controlled and uniform air distribution across internal cabinet components.
This model is supplied as a constant run version (without thermostat) and is rated NEMA 12, making it suitable for indoor industrial environments.
