Safety Chucks for Unwinding and Rewinding
Safety chucks are an essential component in the unwinding and rewinding processes during production runs. Safety Chucks – Designed for a High Degree of Safety
Sliding: Meticulously designed to minimize setup time, ensure a high level of safety, and offer compatibility with almost all air shafts, while also providing impressive longevity. Safety chucks are opened exclusively in an upright position via a manual push button and automatically lock when the shaft starts to rotate. Additionally, the safety chuck is available in two versions with either feet or flanges and is equipped with interchangeable inserts in various sizes for added versatility.
Tilting: We offer a solution for axle support/groove support and torque transmission during unwinding and rewinding applications. They are crafted to reduce setup time, provide a high level of safety, ensure compatibility with almost all air shafts, and feature a long service life.
Adjustment: An efficient solution that offers axial displacement (manually or motorized) for more precise positioning on the shaft/roll. They feature a stroke length of +/- 25 mm and can be supplied with fixtures arranged for brakes.
