Deliver consistently strong film with EDI BOPET Film Dies
With by far the most BOPET installations worldwide, Nordson can offer tried and thoroughly tested solutions. For the purpose of ensuring consistent strength and durability, and making sure to do so while adhering to the visual requirements, processors have been utilized. The EDI BOPET Film Dies makes sure that, all structural elements in the film are provided with proportional extrusion across its width.
Delivering Uniform Film Structures
An EDI die system ensures consistent and precise layering, maintaining the film’s integrity during the stretching process, resulting in a final product that can resist chemical and environmental factors.
Increase product efficiency
EDI BOPET film dies are designed for partial coverage or a “naked edge,” allowing manufacturers to keep the skin layer material away from the edges of the film, where tenter clips are used during stretching. This results in better release from the clips, enabling higher processing speeds.
