CM Tiny IQ: The Smallest Industrial Charging Generator
CM Tiny is the smallest industrial charging generator for static generator. The kV generator has fully integrated high-voltage parts and only requires a 24V DC supply. The static generator is compact, robust, and weighs only 500 grams, making it perfect for small machines and applications with moving parts, e.g., pick and place handling systems. It can easily withstand the high G-forces that occur during the process. The End-of-Arm-Tool can be easily used and configured and comes with a 4-year warranty.
The two LEDs on the side provide clear indications about the status of the charging generator
- Green: The power is on
- Flashing green: The power is on, and the HV output is inactive
- Red: Alarm, HV overload or HV Ok signal short circuit
CM Tiny can be used directly from a machine interface capable of providing a 4-20 mA signal for setting and a 24V DC signal for remote on/off control. Manual operation can be implemented using an additional control circuit. The control circuit allows you to mount a potentiometer and an LED by simply adding 2 holes in the front of your machine interface.
There are connection blocks with one or four outputs. For the use of quick-connect ports, the charging electrode must be equipped with a special connector.
Furthermore, a special version of the HDR charging bar is available for connection to CM Tiny.
