Rotary joints for water: adaptable, sturdy, and maintenance-friendly: The H series embodies the universal rotary joints for water that is designed for a wide array of media, alongside a significant range of pressures and temperatures up to medium-high speeds. This implies a singular solution suffices for numerous applications thereby reducing your expenditure on maintenance and inventory.
The H series and HW are equipped with maintenance-free carbon sealing rings and carbon bushings. Metal impregnated sealing rings are included for thermal oil and higher pressure loads when used for hot water and steam. The H3 is equipped with an integrated vacuum breaker for steam cylinders.
These versions are suitable for efficient transfer of water and steam and depending on the series – for transmission of heat transfer oil. Base series like H and HW cover needs up to DN100, and Christian Maier also offers reinforced versions HWA, HWB, HWX for higher speeds, loads, and for large nominal sizes.
