Perfomaster: Advanced Perforation Detector and System Control
Perforation Detector: Perfomaster’s compact design includes the electrode along with an integrated high-voltage source, powered by 24 V DC, eliminating the need for a high-voltage line. Electrodes come standard with three special emitter bolts and can be easily removed for replacement or remote placement.
This design makes Perfomaster an ideal solution for perforation applications where precise spark detection and pulse registration are crucial for the accuracy and efficiency of the process.
Direct system feedback on the Perfomaster is provided through a status signal LED:
- A green LED indicates OK operation.
- A flashing red LED denotes the detection of a perforation.
