Adjustable geometry feedblocks offer the flexibility to quickly modify products with minimal disruption to output. In contrast to fixed geometry feedblocks, which involves halting the production line to alter layer ratios or structures, adjustable feedblocks allow for on-the-fly adjustments, maintaining the continuity of the extrusion process.

The Ultraflow™ V-T feedblock features large profiling actuators that provide highly effective tuning lands. These actuators can be positioned either at the combination point or significantly upstream, allowing for refined layer distribution and optimal ratio stability.
