Charging Bars: Enhancing Industrial Efficiency with Static Charging Solutions
These robust charging bars (HDC/HDR) can be used for a variety of industrial applications. The rail on the back of the charging bars allows for easy installation. The bars are equipped with resistors to prevent faults in the machine’s control system in case of accidental sparks. The cable outlet can be straight or angled (90°). A charging system consists of a charging generator and a charging bar/electrode and/or cables. The charging generator provides the high voltage necessary to create a static charge, ranging from 3 to 60 kV. The shape of the charging bar/electrode varies to provide optimal results for each specific application. Sizes vary to create optimal solutions for each situation.
Static charging systems serve multiple purposes, such as:
- Bonding or adhering two materials.
- Eliminating air inclusion during production.
- Enhancing a particular phase in the production process.
Product Features
- Working distance: 20 mm < at 30 kV, 75 mm at 30-60 kV
- Suitable for a variety of industrial uses.
- In case of an unexpected spark, it doesn’t cause a disruption in machine control.
HDC
The HDC charging bar is suitable for high-speed applications. Each individual point is equipped with a resistor, greatly reducing the chance of sparks.
Product Features
- Working distance: 20 mm < at 30 kV, 75 mm at 30-60 kV
- Suitable for high-speed applications.
- The risk of spark formation is greatly reduced.
