Electrostatic Measurement: The Sensor IQ Easy measures electrostatic charges on an object and can be added to the IQ Easy platform. It can handle up to 16 sensor heads, each strategically placed to monitor static charge. All data from the sensor heads is sent to Manager IQ Easy for process monitoring. The bar is equipped with an air pressure connection to protect it in dirty environments. It uses low pressure to keep dirt out. The system adjusts ion bars or charging generators based on sensor data for real-time control. Data from the sensor heads can also be used for quality control and monitoring. You can retrieve data from Manager IQ Easy via standard Ethernet connection.
