We introduce a groundbreaking and innovative manufacturing method using thermoforming technology that leverages foamed PET sheet lines. To produce trays and cups capable of withstanding high-temperature applications efficiently and cost-effectively.
By utilizing a three-layer sheet with a physically foamed middle layer, this technology achieves up to 50% density reduction, resulting in lightweight yet durable products. This unique structure not only maintains the shape of the cup but also enhances insulation, making it ideal for hot beverage applications.
